What might a content professional with 8 years experience do for your business? Much.
Well I started writing for clients while in College. You know, as a way to meet piling student loan. Most of my clients were either real estate agents who needed to create good content and focus on other aspects of their business or fix-flip investors. Soon I learnt SEO and I was able to write content that ranked on the first page of Google for my clients.
Obviously, many of my clients came back and I was getting a lot of business. However, I got fascinated with real estate itself, got licensed and stopped writing for clients. I was able to work with a top realtor and we clinched a number of home deals. It was a great experience.
Now I’m back to writing for clients. Why am I back? I noticed that a lot of articles on real estate, business and investing end up confusing readers. Consequently, having a writer that can break down lingos and technicals, expressing them in layman terms will do wonders for your bottom line. I love the feeling I get when I read comments from people around the world who find my content timely and valuable.
Am a communications major and real estate professional. I write informative and in-depth content on real estate and personal finance in a way that readers find useful and captivating.
Problems I solve:
- Helping you create great content and build your online following.
- Creating content that people love, for professionals who are pressed for time.
- Copywriting for different stages of the sales cycle.
- Helping you create content strategy that keeps people interested.
- Creating Effective SEO-optimized content for different pages of your site.
I am a salesperson, which means my clients will not only leverage my writing skills but my selling skills. I have successfully completed 75 hours real estate sales licensing course and facilitated sales of more than 100 homes. I love decorating homes. I’m fascinated by inspirational quotes and I consider myself a good customer service expert.
